The house is built on a 2000 m2 lot. 60 meters away, in front of the property, at a lower level runs the David River, popularly known as Risacua River by the inhabitants of the district.
Each room has its own style. The furniture comes from local crafts and native hardwoods, precisely teak and laurel.
In front of the house, welcoming you, a 6x10m pool with a depth variations from 1.20 to 1.60m. There is also a paddling area.
The pool is equipped with a double cleaning system, salt and UV lamp.
On the side of the pool, a typical bohio with a handcrafted roof of corozo palm stalks awaits you to enjoy a drink.

Across the room, at the back, a comfortable covered area awaits you to rest and relax.

The entire house is wheelchair accessible with the exception of the rooms Chiriqui and Cocle.
The house entire water system is equipped with triple filtration and UV sanitation.
We are open to the presence of well-behaved pets at no additional cost.
